Globally, damage caused by localized heavy rains and typhoons due to climate change has been occurring, and secondary damage from landslides and debris flow has also been increasing. Landslides that occur in mountainous areas are introduced into the mooring and develop into debris flows that damage the facilities located below. Recently, there has been a constant supply of studies of landslides and debris flow in Korea, but these studies have been focused on determining the mechanisms that cause landslides and high risk of debris flow. Few of these studies are of any importance. Therefore, this study establishes a rainfall-runoff model, S-RAT, and a numerical analysis program for debris flow, RAMMS. The S-RAT and RAMMS are applied to past debris-damaged areas of Seoul-City Umyun Mountain and Chuncheon-City Majeok Mountain to estimated depth (H), debris flow velocity (V), and the hazard map of the occurrence of debris flow. In addition, a risk impact map was created based on a debris flow hazard map and a risk matrix derived from a facilities impact level map.
