要旨:目的:変形性膝関節症患者を対象に,物理療法と運動療法を併用した時の膝関節に 与える影響を検証することを目的とした。対象:手術歴がない変形性膝関節症の女性患者 14名21膝とした。方法:膝関節屈曲・伸展の可動域測定,大腿四頭筋筋力,歩行分析は, 歩行率,歩行速度,ストライド,歩幅,歩隔,立脚と遊脚時間を,温熱療法と運動療法実 施前,温熱療法実施後,運動療法実施後にそれぞれの測定を実施した。結果:介入前と比 較して温熱後および運動後ともに有意に膝関節可動域が改善し,歩行速度,歩行率が有意 に改善を認め,立脚時間が有意に短縮した。温熱後と運動後の比較は,すべての項目に有 意差は認められなかった。また,その他の測定項目では,有意差は認められなかった。結 語:変形性膝関節症に対する温熱療法と運動療法は,可動域制限と歩行機能に対して,即 時的な効果が認められたものの,運動療法は温熱療法を上回る効果は認められなかった。
