抄録 本研究は,特別養護老人ホームにおいて介護記録の勉強会を行うことで介護福祉士の記録への意 識や実践における活用の変化が表れるかを明らかにするために行った.研究者主体で勉強会を行い, 勉強会前後には半構造化面接による介護記録の目的に関するヒアリング調査を行った.勉強会前の ヒアリング調査から介護記録の目的として考えられていた内容は≪情報共有≫≪介助の向上≫≪ リスク管理≫≪家族への責任≫≪申し送り≫≪連携≫≪義務としての記録≫の7つのカテゴリーが 抽出された.勉強会前のヒアリング調査をもとに,介護記録の目的,書き方,SOAP記録の意義, 書き方に関しての勉強会を行った.勉強会後に行ったヒアリング調査では,≪情報共有≫≪リスク 管理≫≪連携≫≪仕事の一環≫≪活用方法の変化≫のカテゴリーが抽出された.≪情報共有≫≪リ スク管理≫≪連携≫では,大きな意識の変化は見られなかったが,≪仕事の一環≫≪活用方法の変 化≫において,≪義務としての記録≫の意識から≪仕事の一環≫としての意識の変化が見られた. 勉強会の実施を通して介護記録,介護に関しての意識が向上したことで介護の質の向上が図られた と考える.
