New nonresonance approach of photon accumulation in two spherical mirrors hasbeen experimentally demonstrated. In this work, we have received a highaccumulation coefficient and shown good effectiveness of this technique forcreating photo neutralizer of negative ion beams. This efficiency in suchconcept is generally determined by reflectance mirrors and is practically notdependent of input emission quality and does not require high precisionadjusting the optical elements.
