In this research, future expectations of the students in the vocational school of higher education, which grows intermediate staff for business world and thus is the place exposing to the global effects mostly, are the most mass exposing to global effects were evaluated. To this end, a scale for future expectations was created by literature review. As a result of factor analysis of future expectations scale, single factorial structure was preferred, and cronbach alpha coefficient of the scale was found to be .84. The scale prepared was applied to 430 students in different departments of Tunceli Vocational School of Higher Education. For analysis of data obtained as a result of performance of the scale, independent groups t test, Anova test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis H and Tukey HSD test were used. According to the results of the analysis, a reasonable difference between the genders in favour of female students was found with respect to future expectations of students of Vocational School of Higher Education.
