This paper describes the design of a knowledge representationand reasoning system, named Dolphin, which is based onhigher-order temporal Transparent Intensional Logic (TIL). Anintelligent agent (NAM), that is able to read newspaperheadlines from specialized internet server and allows users toask questions about various world situations is chosen todemonstrate Dolphin features. Temporal aspects play anessential role in natural language therefore we present howthis phenomenon is handled in the system. Reasoningcapabilities of the agent are divided into three individualstrategies and described in the text. As a result we compareNAM answers to one of the most used search engines nowadays.
