TKK from 'raikkyi Township 50 miles north of Rangoon for crossing experiments with KKT. The 18th generation specimens of a colony of taxon KKT were used for the investigation of frequency of the polymorphism in the colony. Banded polytene chromosome preparations were made from salivary glands of the 4th-instar larvae, due to the dificulty in making preparations from the ovarian nurse cells of adults.
