This article deals with an analysis of the operating costs of a building designed in the “near zero-energy” standard, with various technological solutions for heating and ventilation supported by a photovoltaic system (three technological variants). Following the analysis, a technological variant using an economic criterion based on the minimization of annual operating costs was selected.
