The analysis of concentrations of circulating antibodies in serum (antibody repertoire) is a fundamental, yet poorly studied, problem in immunoinformatics. Here we present IgTools, a collection of tools for construction and analysis of antibody repertoire using immunosequencing data. IgTools includes IgRepertoireConstructor, IgSimulator, IgQUAST, and Ig reperoire evolution analyzer. IgRepertoireConstructor and IgSimulator are freely available at Github. IgQUAST and Ig reperoire evolution analyzer will be released in fall 2015.
