In this study, Sought to provide the drivers with information on the road surface condition by calculating the evaporation of the road for improve road management service and safety of roads during rain or after rain, and the purpose of this study was to develop a model to estimate the change of road danger section by calculating the evaporation by weather, traffic volume and hourly sunshine duration rate data by structure and topography near corresponding roadway. The evaporation amount estimation model was constructed by using the water budget method and energy budget method, and considering to change in evaporation by vehicle on the road, we applied the model to the calculated vehicle radiant heat and tire friction heat and take into account the reduction rate of radiant energy with shaded areas by structure and topography near corresponding roadway, we used the MicroStation program to visualize the sunshine influence zone by setting the sun’s altitude, azimuth, and shading time intervals, and the shading rates of the corresponding section were extracted and applied to the equation.
