Eksperimentas, siekiant nustatyti brinkintų rauktalapės rūgštynės („Rumex crispus“ L.) vaisių (riešutėlių) poveikį paprastojo miežio („Hordeum vulgare“ L.) grūdų sudygimui, kai eksperimentui (brinkinimui ir daiginimui) panaudoti distiliuotas ir šarminis (pH – 8,6) jonizuotas vanduo, buvo atliktas 2016 m. Aleksandro Stulginskio universiteto (toliau – ASU) Biologijos ir augalų biotechnologijos instituto laboratorijose. „R. crispus“ vaisiai iki padiegimo buvo brinkinti distiliuotame (veiksnys A) ir šarminiame jonizuotame (veiksnys B) vandenyje 48 val. Eksperimento variantai: kontrolė – 30 miežių grūdų, kiti variantai – 20:10 (miežiai: rūgštynės), 15:15 ir 10:20. Buvo nustatyta, kad „R. crispus“ brinkinti vaisiai (distiliuotas vanduo, veiksnys A) slopino miežių grūdų daigumą. Lyginant su kontrole, jis sumažėjo ir siekė 91–98 %. Mažiausias daigumas buvo variante 15:15. Analogiškame eksperimente (veiksnys B) visuose variantuose grūdų daigumas dėl „R. crispus“ vaisių poveikio padidėjo ir siekė 100 %, kai kontrolės grūdų daigumas – 98 %. „R. crispus“ vaisiai skatino miežių daigų šaknelių tįsimą. Maksimalus ilgis nustatytas variante 10:20. Trumpiausios koleoptilės (79,4 mm, veiksnys A – ir 58,2 mm, veiksnys B) nustatytos variante 20:10.An experiment to determine the effect of soaked sorrel (“Rumex crispus” L.) fruits (nuts) on barley (“Hordeum vulgare” L.) grains germination, when for the experiment (of swelling and germination), distilled water and alkaline (pH 8.6) ionized water were used, was carried out in 2016 at laboratories of Institute of Biology and Plant Biotechnology, Aleksandras Stulginskis University (ASU). “R. crispus” fruits were swelled in distilled (factor A) and alkaline ionized (factor B) water for 48 hours. Experiment options were: control group – 30 grains of barley, other options – 20:10 (barley: sorrel), 15:15 and 10:20. It was found that “R. crispus” soaked fruits (distilled water, factor A) inhibited the germination of barley grains. It decreased to 91-98% compared with the control. Minimum germination version was 15:15. Analogously, in all variants of factor B, grain germination after “R. crispus” fruit exposure increased and reached 100%, the control group of grain germination – 98%. “R. crispus” fruit influenced barley seedling roots elongation. The maximum length was recorded in variant 10:20. It was 136.7 mm (the difference was significant compared to the control group) in distilled water, and 126.3 mm in alkaline ionized (the difference was insignificant). Effects on the number of already formed roots has not been established, however, compared to the control group, their number in the alkaline ionized water group was not significantly different. “R. crispus” fruits inhibited the coleoptile elongation: in the distilled water group, it decreased by 2-9%, and in alkaline ionized water – by 9-29%. Shortest coleoptiles (79.4 mm, factor A; and 58.2 mm, factor B) were set in variant 20:10
