少子高齢化によりロボット技術で介護サービスを支援す るロボット介護機器のニーズが高まっている.平成 25年 度から 5カ年の計画でスタートした経産省ロボット介護機 器開発・導入促進事業 [1]では,厚労省と経産省とが連名 で「重点分野」として定めた [2]移乗介助機器(装着型,非 装着型),移動支援機器(屋外型,屋内型),排泄支援機器, 入浴支援機器,見守り支援機器(介護施設型,在宅介護型) の 8種 5分野のロボット介護機器について,50社を超える 事業者による開発が進められると同時に,基準策定・評価 事業により,図 1に示すV字モデルと,ICF [3]に基づい たロボット介護機器の開発プロセス,および効果と安全の 評価手法と,その基準策定が行われている [4]. 本稿では,このV字モデルに基づくロボット介護機器開 発の概要と,特に設計の上流工程を対象として,従来のリ スクアセスメントや機能安全に加えて,人がかかわる部分 に設計と安全分析を拡張するための,メタモデルに基づく 階層的評価手法 [5]を紹介する.またその具体的な設計手段 として SysMLを用いたモデルベースの手法 [6]を示す.
