Le développement d’une problématique sur l’anticipation de l’échec ou de la réussite dans les organismes scolaires incite les auteurs à formuler un modèle basé sur des notions phénoménologiques et interprété dans un contexte systémique. Ce modèle, mis en convergence avec la théorie de l’apprentissage scolaire par la pédagogie de la maîtrise, permet de considérer un nouveau type d’attente, de caractère positif et non restrictif.The problem related to anticipation of school success or failure has prompted the authors to formulate a model based on phenomenological notions which are then systemically interpreted. This model, in conjunction with the concept of mastery learning permits new types of expectations to emerge, ones which are characterized by positive and non-restrictive considerations.El desarrollo de una problemática para conocer con anticipaciùn el fracaso o el éxito del estudiante en los organismos escolares, motiva a los autores a formular un modelo basado en nociones de fenomenologia e interpretado en un contexto sistémico. Ese modelo puesto en convergencia con la teoria del aprendizaje mediante la pedagogia del dominio de lo aprendido, permite consierar un nuevo tipo de expectativa de caracter positivo y no restrictivo.Die Entwicklung einer Problematik über die Vorhersehbarkeit des Versagens oder des Erfolges im Schulwesen veranlasst die Verfasser, ein Modell zu erarbeiten, das sich auf phänomenologische Begriffe stützt und in einem Systemzusammenhang gedeutet wird. Die Annäherung dieses Modells an die Theorie schulischer Lernvorgänge durch die Beherrschungspädagogik ("mastery learning") ermöglicht den Ausblick auf eine neue Art der Erwartungshaltung des Lehrers, und zwar in positivem Sinn und ohne hemmende Wirkung
