La recherche a pour objectif la vérification du lien entre certaines attitudes aidantes du professeur d’information scolaire et professionnelle telles que perçues par les étudiants en secondaire IV, et la maturité vocationnelle de ces étudiants. Les instruments utilisés sont l’inventaire de développement vocationnel (C.D.I.) et l’inventaire de relation de Barrett-Lennard. Nos résultats, obtenus auprès de deux cents sujets, indiquent une relation significative entre l’empathie, la congruence, le regard positif du professeur d’information scolaire et professionnelle et la maturité vocationnelle des étudiants (uniquement la partie des attitudes).This research has as its objective the verification of the line between certain attitudes helpful to academic and career counsellors as perceived by students in secondary IV (grade 10), and the vocational maturity of these students. The instruments used are the Inventory of Vocational Development (C.D.I.) and the Relationship Inventory of Barrett-Lennard. Our results, obtained with two hundred subjects, indicate a significant relation between the empathy, the congruence and the positive outlook of academic and career counsellors and the vocational maturity of the students (only in the area of attitudes).La investigación tiene por objeto la verificación del nexo existente entre ciertas actitudes favorables de los profesores de información escolar y profesional, tales como las perciben los estudiantes de secundaria IV, y la madurez vocacional de esos estudiantes. Los instrumentos utilizados son el inventario de desarrollo vocacional (C.D.I.) y el inventario de relación de Barrett-Lennard. Nuestros resultados, obtenidos de doscientos estudiantes, indican una relación significativa entre la empatía, la congruencia, la actitud positiva del profesor de información escolar y profesional y la madurez vocacional de los estudiantes (solamente la parte de actitudes).Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, den Zusammenhang zwischen gewissen helfenden Haltungen des Berufsberaters der höheren Schule, wie sie von den Studierenden im 10. Schuljahr (= secondaire IV) wahrgenommen werden, und der Reife der Studierenden hinsichtlich der Berufswahl festzustellen. Die benutzten Hilfsmittel sind der Fragebogen zur Berufswahl (C.D.I.) und der Beziehungsfragobegen nach Barrett-Lennard. Die Ergebnisse, die von zweihundert (200) Befragten geliefert wurden, zeigen ein bedeutsames Verhältnis zwischen dem Einfühlungsvermögen, der Beistimmung, der positiven Haltung des Beraters einerseits und der Reife der Studierenden bezüglich der Berufswahl anderseits (ausschliesslich die innere Einstellung betreffend)
