Cet article propose une description de l’utilisation des marqueurs de la relation de causalité (RC) dans des textes de la collection Que sais-je? L’examen de la RC dans une perspective textuelle permet d’établir l’interrelation entre l’expression de la causalité, l’explication et la compréhension, et de mettre en évidence une utilisation différente de la RC selon qu’il s’agit d’un discours des sciences et des techniques (DST) ou de vulgarisation scientifique (VS).The goal of this article is to propose a description of the use of markers expressing cause (RC) in texts from the French serie Que sais-je? The analysis of RC markers from a textual point of view shows a complex relationship between explanation and understanding. The use of RC markers is different according to the type of text involved (scientific popularizing work or scientific and technical writing)
