Cette recherche examine les benefices du management environnemental en termes de capacite d’innovation et d’avantage concurrentiel dans le cas des entreprises tunisiennes. Une investigation empirique a ete conduite aupres de 108 entreprises tunisiennes engagees dans le domaine environnemental. Les resultats indiquent que les pratiques ecologiques permettent le developpement d’une capacite d’innovation. Cette derniere n’a pas, en revanche, d’effet significatif sur l’avantage concurrentiel des entreprises tunisiennes.
