Entrevue avec le permanent de la cellule  « Droit des Jeunes » (F.G.T.B. — Liège). Voulant dépasser la notion de simple  « service caritatif individualisé », le travail que la cellule a développé a consisté à faire naître de nouvelles pratiques de droit au niveau du Tribunal de la Jeunesse, au niveau du droit scolaire, de l’aide sociale.En voulant assurer un rôle de conseil et d’assistance juridique, l’action de la cellule  « Droit des Jeunes » a mis en évidence les rapports — ambigus — qu’entretiennent les travailleurs sociaux avec le droit. L’entrevue montre, à partir de plusieurs exemples, combien la défense des droits est subversive dans le cadre plus large d’une intervention sociale.Interview with a member of the cell "Rights for Youth" (F.G.T.B.—Liège). Moving beyond the notion of a simple "individual charity service", the cell has developed new law practices in the realms of the Youth Tribunal, school law and social welfare.Seeking a consulting and legal assistance role, the action of the cell "Rights for Youth" has brought to light the relationships (often ambiguous) between social workers and the law. The interview demonstrates, using several examples, how the defense of rights can be considered subversive in the larger framework of social intervention.Una entrevista con el permanente de la cédula "Derecho de jóvenes" (F.G.T.B.—Lieja) muestra cómo, depasando la noción de un simple "servicio caritativo individualizado", el trabajo que ha realizado la célula a consistido en hacer nacer nuevas prácticas de derecho a nivel del tribunal de la Juventud, a nivel del derecho escolar y de la ayuda social.En su rol de consejería y de ayuda jurídica, la acción de la célula ha puesto en evidencia las relaciones ambiguas de los trabajadores sociales con el derecho. La entrevista mustra hasta qué punto la defensa de derechos es subversiva, cuando se la considera en el cuadro más amplio de una intervención social
