Un groupe de chercheurs mène une expérience de recherche-action avec des militants retraités. Au cours du processus de recherche-action les groupes militants contactés, appartenant à des obédiences politiques et syndicales diverses, s’unissent et imposent à leurs organisations des stratégies nouvelles pour la défense des retraités.Le groupe de chercheurs et de militants oriente ensuite son action vers les populations concernées et organise des pressions auprès du ministère compétent. Le texte présente l’évolution du groupe et propose quelques réflexions stratégiques et méthodologiques en situant son approche parmi les courants d’intervention sociologique actuels.A group of researchers undertook a research-action project with a group of former union activists now in retirement. During the course of this project, this group, composed of members of different political and union affiliations, was able to get together and force their former union organizations to adopt new policies concerning the defense of old-age pensioners.The researchers and pensioners then turned to putting pressure on the government organizations involved. The article describes the evolution of the group and deals with strategical and methodological problems that were encountered.Un grupo de investigadores realiza una experiencia de investigación-acción con un grupo de jubilados militantes. En el proceso de la investigación, los grupos militantes con los que se ha tornado contacto, expresiones de diversas orientaciones políticas y sindicales, se unen, e imponen nuevas estrategias a sus organizaciones en su defensa de los jubilados.El grupo de investigadores y de militantes orienta luego su acción hacia la población afectada, y organiza presiones dirigidas hacia el ministerio respectivo. El texto presenta la evolución del grupo, y propone algunas reflexiones estratégicas y metodológicas que permiten situar su enfoque entre las corrientes actuales de intervención sociológica
