Cet article présente les résultats d’un volet d’une recherche menée depuis 2007 au sein du dispositif de formation-réorientation « Rebond ». Plus particulièrement, il explore les liens entre estime de soi, concept de soi et décision vocationnelle auprès d’étudiants de première année de l’enseignement supérieur en abandon d’études, pris en charge dans ce dispositif de réorientation. Les résultats permet - tent de découvrir des pistes d’action pédagogique à mettre en oeuvre au sein du dispositif de formation-réorientation.This article presents the results of a research led since 2007 within the scope of remediation and reorientation training plan «Rebond». More particularly, this research investigates the links between self-esteem, self-concept and vocational choice with first year drop-out students in higher education which decide to participate in the reorientation program in the second half-year. The results allow identifying new educational actions for the reorientation training plan such as the «Rebond» program.Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma investigação realizada desde 2007 no âmbito do dispositivo de formação-reorientação “Rebond”. Mais particularmente, explora as ligações entre a autoestima, o autoconceito e a decisão vocacional junto de estudantes do primeiro ano do ensino superior que abandonaram os estudos, os quais decidiram participar neste dispositivo de reorientação. Os resultados permitem descobrir novas pistas de ação pedagógica para aplicar no dispositivo de formação-reorientação
