Une « démarche collective d’innovation » a été entreprise par la Confédérationgénérale des Scop au printemps 2000 pour accompagner la gestation de la société coopératived’intérêt collectif (SCIC). Cette démarche a permis d’alimenter de façon continue laréflexion sur la SCIC. La notion de « plus-value sociétale », au-delà de l’expression del’intérêt collectif, ainsi que la définition d’un objet social lié aux exigences dudéveloppement local ont ainsi été mis en évidence, suscitant de nouvelles questions sur lemanagement et la gestion de coopératives multisociétaires. Présentant cette démarche, LucileManoury précise également les implications de la gestion multipartenariale du pouvoir, enparticulier la nécessité d’un balisage juridique, réglementaire et statutaire. Elle montreenfin que la question de l’utilité sociale, et de sa reconnaissance, dépasse largement laréflexion menée sur la SCIC.A collective initiative for innovation was launched by the Confédérationgénérale des Scop (CGScop) in spring 2000 to accompany the development phase of thecollective interest cooperative company. This initiative provided continuous stimulus to thethinking that went into creating the collective interest cooperative company. The idea ofsocietal added-value, beyond the expression of collective interest, and the definition of acompany purpose related to community development needs have emerged and raised new questionsabout the management of multi-partner cooperatives. Presenting this initiative, LucileManoury also points out the implications of multi-partner management of power and, inparticular, the need for statutory, regulatory and legal guidelines. Lastly, she shows thatthe issue of social utility and its recognition go far beyond the discussion on thecollective interest cooperative company
