Les principaux points abordés concernent l’évolution de cette équipe éducative, son fonctionnement général, les relations qu’elle entretient avec ses différents partenaires, la perception que ces intervenants ont de leurs partenaires et les différentes facettes de leur travail clinique.This text describes the functioning of an educational team which had to follow children and teens placed in the care of readaptation families. The main themes are the evolution of this team, its general functioning, its relations with its partners, the perception its workers have about their partners and the different aspects of their clinical work
