Ce texte propose une réflexion sur le dialogue entre praticiens et chercheurs en éducation. Il prend deux directions : d’une part, il définit les fonctions que peuvent remplir des milieux de l’éducation pour la recherche en éducation; d’autre part, il situe la difficulté du dialogue entre chercheurs et praticiens sur l’absence d’identification du paradigme épistémologique des uns et des autres.This article initiates reflection on the dialogue between practitioners and researchers in the field of education. This reflection has two facets: on one hand it defines the functions that educational settings can fill in relation to education research; on the other hand it locates the difficulty of dialogue between researchers and practitioners in the lack of an identified epistemological paradigm for each side
