Généralement, la logique des résultats qu’induit la relation d’agence favorise chezles dirigeants des comportements opportunistes générateurs de déviances organisationnelles.Ces comportements sont analysés sur un échantillon de 16 entreprises publiquescamerounaises, l’objectif étant de dégager les conditions à la fois de préservation de cettelogique et de minimisation des risques de déviance induits. Les déviances relevées tels quela corruption et les détournements de fonds, résultent d’un déséquilibre entrel’organisation et les institutions. L’identification des dispositifs contraignants pour lesgestionnaires publics et le contrôle de leurs comportements sont ainsi recommandés pouraligner leurs intérêts sur ceux de l’Etat – actionnaire.Generally, the results-oriented approach caused by the agency relationshipencourages in managers opportunistic behaviours which cause organizational deviances. Thisstudy aims at analysing the said behaviour in 16 public companies in Cameroon, in view ofoutlining the conditions to preserve the said approach and reduce the risks caused. Thedeviances identified such as corruption and embezzlement of public funds is caused by animbalance between the organization and the institutions. The identification of bindingmechanisms for public managers and the control of their behaviours in order to align theirinterest to that of the State-shareholder were suggested.A veces, la lógica de los resultados inducidos por la relación de agencia fomentaen los dirigentes comportamientos oportunistas generadores de desviaciones organizacionales.Tales comportamientos han sido analizados en una muestra de 16 empresas públicas camerunesaspara encontrar las condiciones de preservación de dicha lógica y de minimización de losriesgos involucrados. Las desviaciones observadas, tales como la corrupción y lasmalversaciones de fondos, resultan de un desequilibrio entre la organización y lasinstituciones. Así sería recomendable identificar los dispositivos apremiantes para losgesteros públicos, y controlar sus comportamientos para alinear sus intereses con los delEstado- accionista
