Raymond Plante, l’un des principaux auteurs pour la jeunesse au Québec, a publié sept romans pour adolescents entre 1986 et 1998. L’article propose une étude synthétique de cet ensemble en le replaçant dans les courants contemporains d’écriture pour la jeunesse. Le cadre spatio-temporel, les personnages, les techniques narratives, les fonctions de l’intertextualité, la thématique et l’axiologie sont successivement analysés. Un trait esthétique, le romantisme, retient particulièrement l’attention.Raymond Plante, one of Quebec's principal authors of children literature, published seven novels for teenagers between 1986 and 1998. This article proposes a synthetic study of the set, resituating it in the contemporary currents of children's literature. The spatio-temporal frame, characters, narrative techniques, functions of intertextuality, thematics, and axiology are analyzed in succession.
