Dans le présent article, l'auteur cherche à dévoiler l'aspect pratique des déclarations d'acceptation de la juridiction obligatoire de la Cour internationale de justice (CIJ). En effet, le consentement unilatéralement établi dans les déclarations d'acceptation a engendré, dans la pratique, des controverses doctrinales et jurisprudentielles soit sur la nature juridique des déclarations, soit sur leur champ opératoire. Eu égard à l'utilisation large des réserves, les déclarations d'acceptation de la juridiction obligatoire de la CIJ deviennent des déclarations conditionnées, dans lesquelles les États étendent leur jalousie à leur souveraineté et à leurs intérêts. L'auteur pense que la contradiction entre la jalousie des États relativement à leur souveraineté et la jalousie de la CIJ à l'égard de sa compétence engendre la désaffection des États à l'égard des déclarations d'acceptation. Les États manifestent une persévérance à éluder leurs obligations. L'auteur estime que la déclaration d'acceptation est la voie la plus attractive qui concrétise la méfiance des États envers le juge international. En vue d'améliorer le système des déclarations d'acceptation facultative de la CIJ, l'auteur propose trois remèdes qui lui semblent possibles : un remède provisoire, un remède mitigé et un remède idéal.In this paper, the author seeks to shed light on the practical aspect of the acceptance declarations of the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Indeed, the unilateral consent established under the acceptance declarations has, in practice, caused doctrinal and jurisprudential controversies either on the legal nature of the declarations or on the scope of their operations. As regards the broad use of reserves, the acceptance declarations of the compulsory jurisdiction of the ICJ become conditional declarations in which States extend their jealously-guarded sovereignty and their interests. The author maintains that the contradiction between States' jealously regarding their sovereignty and the ICJ's jealously regarding its jurisdiction are at the root of the States' alienation regarding the acceptance declarations. The States hold steady in eluding their obligations. The author deems that acceptance declarations provide the most attractive path for materializing the States' mistrust of international justices. With a view to improving the system of ICJ optional acceptance declarations, the author proposes three remedies that he considers possible : a provisional remedy, a mixed remedy and an ideal remedy
