Comité paritaire de l'entretien d'édifices publics.In this article, the author examines the nature of the undertaking considered as an integral part of a core federal undertaking or a branch of the federal government. She then reviews tests used by the courts for identifying such undertakings. To this end, she more specifically comments on two recent decisions, one handed down by the Supreme Court of Canada in Central Western Railway Co. v. United Transportation Union and the other, by the Quebec Court of Appeal in Groupe Admari Inc. v. Comité paritaire de l'entretien d'édifices publics
