Cet article porte sur le langage dramatique en tant qu'objet d'apprentissage en art, sur les objectifs et les modalités d'intervention et d'évaluation en art dramatique. L'examen des documents ministériels, dont les programmes québécois d'art dramatique du primaire et du secondaire, révèle imprécisions et glissements de sens. Leur analyse, dans une perspective théâtrale, permet de définir les caractéristiques du langage dramatique: un langage d'action et un langage de signes. De cette redéfinition émerge un nouveau cadre de compréhension de l'art dramatique en éducation qui désigne les actions dramatiques comme éléments du langage dramatique et le processus de mise en action comme mode de fonctionnement.This article examines the language of drama as a learning objective in art education as it relates to objectives, teaching methods, and evaluation in drama. A review of official documents and of the programs developed by the Quebec Ministry of Education regarding the teaching of dramatic arts at primary and secondary levels reveals a number of imprecise and ambiguous meanings. This analysis, from the perspective of theatre, allows the author to define characteristics of language related to drama: an artistic language rather than a natural language, a language and not a mother tongue, a language of action and signs. From this definition, the author proposes a new frame for understanding drama education which describes dramatic actions as elements of the language of drama and the process of this development as a procedure.Este articulo trata sobre el lenguaje dramatico como objeto de aprendizaje en arte, y sobre los objetivos y las modalidades de intervencion y de evaluacion en arte dramatico. El estudio de documentos ministeriales, como los programas quebequenses de arte dramatico de primaria y secundaria, révéla imprecisiones y deslices. Este analisis, en una perspectiva teatral, permite définir las caracteristicas del lenguaje dramatico: es un lenguaje artistico y no un lenguaje natural; un lenguaje y no una lengua; un lenguaje de acciôn, y un lenguaje de signos. De esta redefiniciôn surge un nuevo marco para la comprension del arte dramatico en educacion, que désigna a los actos dramâticos como elementos del lenguaje dramâtico, y al proceso de la realizacion de esos actos como modo de funcionamiento.Dieser Artikel befasst sich mit der Schauspielsprache als Lernobjekt des Kunstunterrichts, mit den Zielen und den Arbeitsund Bewertungsmethoden im Fach Schauspielkunst. Die einschlägigen Schriftstucke des Ministeriums darunter die quebekischen Schauspiellehrpläne der Grund- und Mittelschule enthalten Ungenauigkeiten und Zweideutigkeiten. Deren aus der Perspektive des Theaters angestellte Analyse fiihrt zu einer Definition der Merkmale der Schauspielsprache: sie ist eine Kunst-Sprache und nicht eine Natur-Sprache, eine langage und nicht eine langue, eine Sprache des Handelns und eine Sprache der Zeichen. Aus dieser Neudefinierung geht eine neue Auffassung des Fachs Schauspielkunst hervor, bei der das dramatische Handeln alsTeil der Schauspielsprache und der Prozess des In-Handlung-Umsetzens als Arbeitsweise konzipiert werden
