L'auteur propose une analyse du système français de formation d'adultes à travers le prisme de la « complexité juridique ». On y expose la philosophie géné- rale du dispositif global. Puis on analyse le discours politique, dans ses contradictions, ses blocages, à partir des débats et du vote de deux lois récentes, tout en indiquant les contradictions sociales et les enjeux sous-jacents. Enfin, dans une distanciation critique, l'auteur cerne les facteurs d'émergence et de développement de la complexité et est conduit à repérer quatre types de complexité qui interviennent dans le système actuel de formation d'adultes.In this paper, the author proposes an analysis of the system of adult training in France as viewed through the prism of "judicial complexity". Following a description of the general philosophical framework, the author analyses the political discourse, with its contradictions and lack of actions, based on the debates and voting behavior related to two recent laws. He indicates the underlining social contradictions and issues. Finally, in an analytical critique, the author proposes those factors related to the emergence and the development of complexity; four types of complexity were found to exist in the current system for adult training.El autor propone un analisis del sistema fiances en formacion de adultos a través del prisma de la "complejidad juridica". Primeramente se expone la filosoffa general del disposi- tivo global. Luego se analiza el discurso politico referente a sus contradicciones y a sus bloqueos a partir de los debates y del voto de dos leyes recientes. Se indican las contradicciones sociales y las contingencias subyacentes. Enfin, tomando una distancia critica, el autor aborda los factores de crecimiento y de desarrollo de la complejidad; llega entonces a identificar cuatro tipos de complejidad que intervienen en el sistema actual de formacion de adultos.Der Verfasser legt eine Analyse des franzosischen Systems der Erwachsenenbildung vor, gesehen durch das Prisma der "juristischen Komplexitât". Zunàchst wird die allgemeine Philosophie des Gesamtsystems dargelegt. Dann wird der politische Jargon mit seinen Widerspriichen und Barrieren analysiert, ausgehend von den Debatten und der Abstimmung liber zwei neuere Gesetze, und mit Hinweis auf die zugrundeliegenden sozialen Gegensâtze und Risiken. Schliesslich umschreibt der Verfasser mit kritischem Abstand die Faktoren fur das Auftauchen und die Entwicklung der Komplexitât. Dies fuhrt ihn zur Iden- tifizierung von vier Typen der Komplexitât, die im derzeitigen System der Erwachsenenbildung auftreten
