Le présent article introduit à un type peu habituel de thérapie conjugale. Il relève les avantages et les difficultés pour une dyade de thérapeutes de conduire conjointement une démarche de thérapie pour couple. Ce processus psychothérapeutique permettrait-il au couple client de mieux se sortir d'impasses relationnelles et d'apprendre plus rapidement à relever les défis inhérents à la vie de couple? À partir de réflexions et d'illustrations tirées de leur expérience de co-thérapie homme-femme, les auteurs répondent à cette question. Ils soulignent la spécificité et les implications de ce mode thérapeutique utilisé dans le cadre précis d'un modèle systémique-interactionnel.This article introduces a less usual type of marital therapy. It describes the advantages and the difficulties of a team of male-female cotherapists in jointly conducting a marital therapy. Could this psy-chotherapeutic process allow the couple to better settle relational impasses and learn more rapidly to face the challenges inherent to life as a couple? Drawing from their personal experiences as cotherapists, the authors discuss this issue. They constantly underline the specificity and the implications of this type of therapeutic approach in the precise framework of a systematic-interactional model.El présente articulo introduce a una forma poco comûn de terapia conyugal. Hace sobresalir las ventajas y las dificultades de un duo de te-rapeutas para realizar conjuntamente una terapia para pareja. Este pro-ceso terapéutico le permitirâ a la pareja cliente de salir librada del atolladero de la relacion y de aprender râpidamente a hacerle frente a los desafîos inhérentes a la vida de pareja? Los autores responden a esta pregunta partiendo de las reflexiones y de los ejemplos sacados de su popia experiencia de co-terapia hombre-mujer. Ellos subrayan la especi-ficidad y las implicaciones de esta forma terapéutica utilizada en el marco preciso de un modelo sistémico interaccional
