Cette étude a pour objectif de tester un modèle de la motivation d’accomplissement chez des adultes en reprise d’études. Elle examine, à l’aide de questionnaires, le rôle des conceptions de l’intelligence, des buts et du sentiment de compétence sur les stratégies d’études, de même que sur la performance à l’examen de fin d’année. Les résultats font ressortir l’effet positif du but d’acquisition ; pourtant, cet usage n’affecte pas la réussite à l’examen. Un sentiment de compétence élevé par rapport à l’examen prédit une bonne performance scolaire, alors qu’une orientation vers un but de performance d’approbation sociale a plutôt un effet négatif sur la performance finale.This study intends to test an achievement motivation model with a selection of adults resuming their studies. It examines with the help of questionnaires the role of the conceptions of intelligence, the goals and the feeling of competence on the studying strategies, as well as on the performance at the year final exam. The results emphasize the positive effect of the acquisition goal ; however, its use does not have an impact on the success at the exam. A high feeling of competence for the exam predicts a good academic performance; whereas an orientation towards a performance of social approval goal has a rather negative effect on the final performance.Este estudio tiene por objetivo probar un modelo de motivación de rendimiento en una muestra de sujetos adultos que regresan a clase. Por medio de cuestionarios, analiza el papel de las concepciones de la inteligencia, de las metas y del sentimiento de competencia sobre las estrategias de estudios y sobre su desempeño al examen de fin de curso. Los resultados hacen resaltar el efecto positivo del objetivo de adquisición ; sin embargo, este uso no afecta el éxito al examen. Un sentimiento de alta competencia en cuanto al examen deja suponer un buen éxito académico ; mientras que una orientación hacia una meta de logro relacionada con la valoración social tiende a tener un efecto negativo sobre el desempeño final.Diese Studie hat als Ziel, ein Modell der Durchfuehrung von Motivation anhand einer Stichprobe an Erwachsenen, die ihr Studium wieder aufnehmen, zu testen. Mit Hilfe von Fragebögen, untersucht sie die Rolle der Intelligenzkonzeptionen, die Ziele und dasKompetenzgefuehl über die Studienstrategien, ebenso wie die Leistungsfähigkeiten während der Prüfung am Ende des Jahres. Die Ergebnisse bringen die positive Auswirkung des Aneignungszieles zu Geltung; dennoch dieser Gebrauch täuscht dem Erfolg der Prüfung nicht vor. Ein hohes Kompetenzgefühl der Prüfung gegenüber sagt eine gute akademische Leistung vorher, wobei die Orientierung in Richtung eines Anerkennungszielesim Sozialbereich eher eine negative Wirkung auf die Endleistung hat
