Cet article couvre trente années de pratique de Plan Nagua, une organisation de coopération internationale établie dans la ville de Québec depuis 1969. Il relate la « petite histoire » de l’organisation, décrit les grandes étapes de son évolution et présente ses principaux types d’activités. Par-delà ses particularités organisationnelles, ce texte sur l’expérience de Plan Nagua permet d’analyser certaines des transformations institutionnelles du champ du « développement international » et l’incorporation à ce champ d’acteurs sociaux de plus en plus diversifiés.It has been more than thirty years since Plan Nagua, a nongovernmental development organization located in Quebec City, started its activities in the Dominican Republic. This article recalls the foundational process as well as the evolution of the organization. The presentation illustrates some of the institutional transformations which have taken place in nongovernmental organizations in general during the last three decades and the emergence of new social actors within this field of social action
