Cet article pose la question de l’influence syndicale sur l’évolution des formes d’organisation du travail. En France, il n’y apas de tradition en la matière, les syndicats ne s’étant jamais véritablement engagés sur ce terrain. Les transformations actuellesqui affectent les entreprises, l’évolution des modalités de la négociation, l’urgence de nouvelles questions sociales commecelle de l’emploi pourraient jouer dans le sens d’un recentrage sur cette question. Pourtant, aucune dynamique ne va dans cesens. Il apparaît d’ailleurs que l’organisation du travail ne se modernise pas réellement dans ses principes, qui relèvent toujoursmajoritairement de la logique taylorienne. Quant aux syndicats, de plus en plus affaiblis par une désyndicalisation inquiétante,de plus en plus divisés (avec l’apparition de nouveaux syndicats) et marginalisés, ils ne semblent pas en mesure de se saisir decet enjeu important et complexe qu’est l’organisation du travail.This paper asks the question of trade-union influence on the evolution of forms of work organization. In France, there is notradition in this regard, as unions have never really become involved in the matter. Transformations in firms taking place atthe present time, changes in negotiation techniques, the urgency of new social questions such as employment could result inbringing this issue to the fore. It appears that work organization is not really being modernized in its principles, but still hearkensback mainly to the logic of Taylorism. As for trade unions, weakened more and more by a troubling de-unionization,more and more divided (with the appearance of new unions) and marginalized, they do not seem to be capable of coming toterms with the important and complex issue of work organization.Este artículo plantea la cuestión de la influencia sindical sobre la evolución de las formas de organización del trabajo. EnFrancia, no existe una tradición en la materia porque los sindicatos nunca se comprometieron en ese terreno. La transformacionesactuales que afectan a la empresas, la evolución de las modalidades de negociación, la urgencia de nuevas cuestionessociales como la del empleo podrían contribuir a un recentramiento en torno a esta cuestión. Sin embargo, ninguna dinámicava en este sentido. Por otra parte, la organización del trabajo no moderniza realmente sus principios que en su gran mayoríaresponden aún a la lógica del taylorismo. Los sindicatos, por su parte, debilitados por una desindicalización inquietante, cadavez más divididos (con la aparición de nuevos sindicatos) y marginalizados, no parecen en condiciones de comprender unacuestión tan importante y compleja como la organizacion del trabajo
