Sur la base d'une critique de la thèse de Braverman sur la déqualification du travail et d'une analyse des débats récents sur la question, cet article veut contribuer à repenser la notion de qualification du travail. Pour ce faire, les auteures examinent l'évolution des qualifications pour les emplois administratifs dans le secteur de l'éducation au Québec. Elles tentent, au-delà d'une analyse de l'évolution de l'organisation du travail, une analyse de l'évolution du contenu du travail informatisé. La constatation d'un problème lié à la non reconnaissance des nouvelles qualifications les amène à conclure sur le caractère social et conflictuel de la notion de qualification.On the basis of a critique of the thesis of Braverman on the dequalification of work and an analysis of recent debates on the issue, this paper sets out to contribute to the rethinking of the notion of work qualification. To do this, the authors examine the evolution in qualifications for administrative jobs in the educational sector in Quebec. Going beyond an analysis of the evolution in work organization, they attempt an analysis of the evolution of the content of automated work. The observation of a problem related to the non-recognition of new qualifications brings them to conclude with the social and conflictual character of the notion of qualification.Sobre la base de una crítica de la tesis de Braverman sobre la descalificación del trabajo y de un análisis de los recientes debates sobre la cuestión, este artículo quiere contribuir a reconsiderar la noción de calificación del trabajo. Para realizar esto, las autoras examinan la evolución de las calificaciones para los empleos administrativos en el sector de la educación en Quebec. Ellas intentan más allá del análisis de la evolución de la organización del trabajo, un análisis de la evolución del contenido del trabajo informatizado. La constatación de un problema ligado al no reconocimiento de las nuevas calificaciones las lleva a concluir sobre el carácter social y conflictivo de la noción de calificación
