The purpose of this article is to share the\udgaps between the ideals and reality of\udthe implementation of Islamic business\udpractices in Kelantan; a well known Islamic\udstate in Malaysia; especially by the Muslim\udbusinesswomen at Siti Khadijah’s market. 27\udrespondents were interviewed in late August\ud2013, however; four were disqualified due to\udthe fact that they are only workers and not\udthe owners. To obtain Allah (s.w.t) blessing\udis their main reason of implementing Islamic\udbusiness practices as they believe that they will\udgain Allah’s blessing or barakah in so doing.\udIslamic business practices can be classified into\udthree phases that are before, during and after\udthe business. The implementation of Islamic\udbusiness practices is moderate. Using spearman\udcorrelation, age is found out to be negative\udand significant while other variables are not\udsignificantly related to the Muslim business\udwomen’s achievement
