Coronavirus COVID-19 is an RNA virus with size 120 nm. It began spreading at the end of 2019 and at the beginning of 2020 in China, and it leads to a severe infectious disease 2019-nCoV. It resembles severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (SARSr-CoV), and the new virus is labelled as SARS - CoV -2 . Its genome is single-chained with positive strand.
