The present study aimed to identify the extent of practicing ethical leadership by public secondary school principals in Amman from the teachers’ perspective. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted. Through the random sampling method, the researcher selected a sample consisting from 80 teachers. Those teachers were selected from 10 public secondary schools located in Amman, Jordan. Questionnaire forms were distributed to those teachers by hand. All the forms were retrieved. However, three forms included missing data. Thus, 77 forms were analyzed statistically. SPSS program was used. It was found that the extent of practicing ethical leadership by public secondary school principals in Amman is high from the teachers’ perspective.  It was found that those principals are honest and deal kindly with others. It was found that those principals keep their promises and support teachers.
