We characterize the boundedness and compactness of the weighted composition operator acting from the weighted Bergman space A p(σ) to the Zygmund-type space Zν , where σ is an admissible weight and ν is a normal weight. Some upper and lower bounds for the norm and essential norm of the operator are also given.
