結 果 本研究の解析対象集団は対象基準を満たす 83名とした.なお,結果は average±SDもしく は,median[Q1, Q3]で表示する.Topの 24週間 投与で,本研究の主要評価項目であるL-FABP (μg /g・Cre)は7.6±8.0から9.4±17.8で変化量は 1.8±17.5と改善を認めなかった.一方で,副次評 価項目として検討した血清尿酸値(mg/dL)は6.0 ±1.5から4.8±1.7で変化量が-1.2±1.8と有意な改 善を認めた.腎機能関連指標では,β2-MG(μg /L) が 145.0[57.0, 455.0]から 123.5[57.0, 233.0]で変 化量が-16.0[-165.0, 25.0]と有意な改善を認めた. また,脂質関連指標では,TC (mg /dL)で191.9± 36.3から181.8±37.5で変化量が-9.1±26.6と有意 な低下を認め,LDL-c(mg/dL)に関しても108.8 ±31.7から98.2±29.7で変化量が-9.1±24.1と有意 な改善を認めた.さらに,本研究においてTop投 与による IMTの退縮が認められた症例も存在し た.また,本研究を通じて,痛風関節炎の発現は 1例のみであった.
