This study aimed to describe the level of job characteristics and job performance and to examine the relationship between job characteristics and job performance among employees in general TV channels in Syria. Data were collected from 158 members and the findings indicate that employees of TV channel have assessed that their work is designed with the motivational approach by applying the five dimensions of work which are: skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback. Also the findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between all job dimension and job performance but with a different levels.
