銅・アゾール化合物系木材保存剤(CUAZ)は最も広く用いられている加圧注入用木材保存剤のひとつである。処理木材中の有効成分量を分析することは,保存処理木材の品質を保証するうえで重要である。CUAZ系木材保存剤の有効成分であるシプロコナゾールはHPLCを用いて定量分析されるが,木材成分による妨害が生じる場合がある。この妨害を除去する方法として,固相抽出を用いた前処理方法が確立されている。本論文では,固相抽出とHPLCを用いた処理木材中のシプロコナゾールの定量分析法において,内径2.1mmのカラムを用いた手川頁の簡便化について検討し,AQの保存処理木材13種に相当する有効成分を含む木材中の保存剤の定量分析への本手法の適性を確認した。内径2.1mmのカラムを使用することで検出感度の向上が認められ,これにより前処理を簡略化することが可能であった。絶対検量線(外部標準)法と内部標準法を用いた定量分析の結果,いずれの方法でもAQの保存処理木材13種の分析に適用可能であることが確認された。
