生ゴミ (非リグノセルロース系生体高分子) の微生物分解システムとして開発されたGADEシステムの簡便な成分分析法として, キャピラリー電気泳動装置を用いたイオン分析法 (CIA) の応用を試み, 1) 無機イオン, 2) 有機酸, 3) アミノ酸の測定が簡便な前処理だけで, 4種の泳動バッファーを用いて分析可能であった。GADEシステム処理されたオガ屑は分析結果より, 窒素・リン酸・カリウムを高濃度に蓄積し, 有機酸・アミノ酸をほとんど含有していない事が明らかとなった。
