キャピラリー電気泳動法を用い, 雨水中の陰イオンを測定した。分析試料として, ろ過式採取法によりサンプリングした雨水 (7サンプル) を用いた。その結果, すべての陰イオンの検出に要する時間は3分以内であること, 従来法であるイオンクロマトグラフ法と比較すると相関係数は0.99以上であった。検出時間の変動幅は, イオンクロマトグラフ法の方が小さかった。以上の結果から, キャピラリー電気泳動法は, 雨水の陰イオンを短時間で分析するのに有効であると考えられた。
