水中のアセフェートのガスクロマトグラフィーによる分析法を検討した。試料水100mLに硫酸アンモニウムを80g入れて, 50mLの酢酸エチルで2回マグネチックスターラーによる撹拌抽出を行った。有機層を脱水, 濃縮し, アセトン1mLに転溶して測定試料液とした。測定はGC-FPDまたはGC-FTDで行った。回収率と変動係数はそれぞれ91.2%, 1.0%であった。また, 精製水に0.5-50μg/Lの濃度範囲で添加した時の回収率は91.0-93.0%であった。河川水に添加した場合の回収率は92.3%で, 精製水に添加した場合と同様の結果が得られた。本法の検出限界は0.5μg/Lである。
