Males of the genus Nautarachna are recognized for the first time by association with females of two new species described from streams in Ontario; A^. muskoka from near Baysville and A^. queticoensis from near Quetico Provincial Park. The genus Nautarachna, heretofore the only genus in the family Nautarachnidae, is placed in the family Pionidae, subfamily Pioninae, on the basis of characteristic modifications of iii-L-6 and iv-L-4 in males. A new diagnosis and description are proposed for the genus Nautarachna and new synonymy is established.
