Сажетак Циљ рада је анализа обезбеђености и коришћења примарне здравствене заштите жена на територији Шумадијског округа. Као извор података коришћени су Извештаји о кадровској структури и опремљености и Извештаји о обољењима, стањима и повредама служби за здравствену заштиту жена, домова здравља Шумадијског округа. Урађена је анализа за период 1999–2008. година. У Шумадијском округу, здравствену заштиту у службама за здравствену заштиту жена у 2008. години пружало је 25 доктора медицине, од чега је 96% доктора медицине специјалиста гинекологије. Просечан број особа женског пола старијих од 15 година на једног лекара 1999. године износио је 4.958, а 2008. године овај број је порастао на 5.156. Учешће првих у укупном броју посета кретало се око 40% у периоду од 1999. до 2002. године, а затим бележи пад на 53,9% у 2008. години. Просечан број посета по лекару ван саветовалишта је био најмањи 1999. године и износио је 2.798, а највећи 2008. године и то 3.732. У саветовалишту за жене остварен је најмањи обухват жена старијих од 15 година превентивним систематским прегледом у 2002. години (3,1%), а највећи 7,7% у 2008. години. Summary The aim of this paper was to analyse the provision and utilization of primary health care for women in the territory of Sumadija District. The Reports about structures of staff and equipment and Reports about diseases, conditions and injuries from health care services for women in health centers of Sumadija District were used as data sources. An analysis was made for the period 1999–2008. year. In the Sumadija District, health care services for women in 2008. year was provided by 25 physicians, of which 96% were doctors specialists of gynecology. The average number of females older than 15 years per one physician in 1999. year was 4958, and in 2008. this year the number had increased to 5156. Participation of the first, in the total number of visits, ranged around 40% in the period1999–2002. year, and then has decreased to 53.9% in 2008. year. The average number of visits per physician outside of counseling infirmaries was the smallest in 1999. (2798), and the largest in 2008. (3732) In the counseling infirmaries for the woman, the lowest coverage of women aged over 15 by systematic preventive examination was obtained in 2002. (3.1%), and the largest (7.7%) in 2008. year.
