Марија Такач Костић, специјалиста медицине рада, Завод за здравствену заштиту радника Министарства унутрашњих послова, Београд Сажетак: Циљ рада је приказ извештаја о праћењу квалитета здравствене заштите (у даљем тексту: ЗЗ) радника у 14 београдских здравствених установа примарног нивоа за 2007. и 2008. годину, компарација резултата и процена валидности показатеља квалитета. Преузети су извештаји које је публиковао Градски завод за јавно здравље. Изведена је дескриптивна анализа показатеља квалитета. У 2008. години мањи су: број специјалиста медицине рада (64,9:67), број запослених код послодаваца који су уговорили послове здравствене заштите на раду (114.591:130.594), број превентивних прегледа запослених на радним местима са повећаним ризиком (35.156:37.529). Обухват запослених едукацијом о ризицима по здравље на радном месту расте (21.923:13.766). Стопа повређивања на раду је била 1,06–0,94%. У односу на 13 београдских домова здравља, Завод за здравствену заштиту радника МУП-а се рангира као четврти по броју специјалиста медицине рада, први по броју запослених код послодаваца који су уговорили послове здравствене заштите на раду и по њиховом просечном броју по специјалисти медицине рада, други по броју превентивних прегледа запослених који раде на радним местима са повећаним ризиком и њиховом просеку по специјалисти медицине рада. Рад указује да су добро одабрани индикатори квалитета здравствене заштите радника, али је у београдским здравSummry: The paper aims to compare quality of worker`s health care (HC) across time and different care providers at primary HC level. The paper considers reports on quality in 14 primary HC centers in Belgrade in 2007. and 2008. year, that have previously been published by Belgrade Institute of public health. Descriptive analysis of HC quality indicators was conducted. Most indicators decrease in 2008. such as number of specialists of occupational medicine (64,9:67), number of employees at employers that made a settlement on worker`s HC (114.591:130.594), number of preventive check-ups among persons with health risks in workplace (35.156:37.529). Number of education on health risks in workplace increases (21.923:13.766). Percentage of work traumatism ranges from: 1,06% to 0,94%. Among 14 primary HC centers in Belgrade, HC center for workers of Ministry of Interior affair`s ranges at 4th place according to number of specialists of occupational medicine, 1st place according to number of employees at employers that made a settlement on worker`s HC, 2nd place according number of preventive checkups among persons with health risks in workplace. The author stresses the neglect of inputs and the view that quality is difficult to assess in the absence of reliable documentation, supervision and health information systems.
