The paper presents many years of experience related to the activities of\udtechnical maintenance of mechanical and electrical plants. It shows the\udanalysis of the cause of many malfunctions, faults, failures and system\udfailures that occur in mini hydropower plants. Systems of mini hydropower\udplants are discussed in terms of improving the technical maintenance by\udfunctional units: turbine regulator with turbine, mechanical assemblies\ud(multiplier and flywheel), flexible couplings that connect plant assemblies,\udelectrical circuits, lubrication systems, automation and high-voltage\udinstallations. Below is a brief overview of the application possibilities of\udtechnical diagnostics i.e. of a monitoring system in mini hydropower\udplants. / В статье представлен многолетний опыт работы, связанный с\udдеятельностью по техническому обслуживанию машин и\udэлектроустановок. Приведен анализ главных причин\udнеисправностей, сбоев и аварий, случающихся на мини-ГЭС. В\udстатье предлагается внедрение системы на Мини ГЭС, которая\udбудет способствовать улучшению качества технического\udобслуживания энергоблоков: турбинного блока с регулятором,\udмеханических узлов (мультипликатор и маховик ГЭС), эластичных\udмуфт, соединяющих узлы установки, смазочных систем,\udавтоматизации и высоковольтных установок. В статье также\udпредставлен краткий обзор возможностей применения технической\udдиагностики и мониторинга систем на мини-ГЭС. / U radu su prikazana dugogodišnja iskustva na poslovima tehničkog održavanja mašinskih i elektropostrojenja. Izvršena je analiza mnogih uzroka neispravnosti, kvarova, otkaza u radu i havarija, koji se pojavljuju na mini-hidroelektranama. Sistemi mini-hidroelektrana razmatrani su sa aspekta unapređenja tehničkog održavanja po funkcionalnim celinama: turbinski sklop sa regulatorom turbine, mehanički sklopovi (multiplikator i zamajac elektrane), elastične spojnice koje povezuju sklopove postrojenja, elektrosklopovi, sistemi podmazivanja, automatika i visokonaponska postrojenja. Prikazan je kratak osvrt na mogućnosti primene tehničke dijagnostike, odnosno monitoring sistema na mini-hidroelektranama
