In this paper, the power budget is given in the application of contemporary and modern methods in the treatment of air from the production facility in which the electric arc furnace. For this calculation, for existing construction and known dimensions dusters calculate flow rates and temperatures at various points of the complete piping systems for waste gases. The analysis contributes maximum energy utilization, significant financial savings and increase in energy and environmental efficiency. Engineering supervision and active computer control of a computer in pieces of PLC are supported. The possible errors are diagnosed and their causes are explained and the procedures to be followed when it comes to them. Also, the paper gives the guidelines for the maintenance and servicing of equipment for proper operation of the filter plant. The tables presented in the plant control activities to be conducted at periodic intervals
