It is known influence of airpollutants on worsening of asthma in children. The aim of this study is to show how a typical airpollutants (soot, TSP, NO2, SO2, NH3, and benzene) affect on exacerbation of acute asthma attack. We monitored daily concentrations of airpollutants and daily number of children with acute asthma attack in January, February, October, November and December in 2009. and 2010. year. Other months are not included due to elevated concentrations of pollen. Results: For a specified period, on 117 days with exceeding of GVI (limit values of immision) of airpollutants 2675 children contacted the doctor for acute asthma attack (23 per day), and on 185 days without exceeding GVI 2839 children contacted doctor turned (15 per day). This difference is highly significant, as confirmed by χ2 test and correlation test. The cumulative airpollutants were significantly associated with exacerbations of acute asthma attack in children, and therefore lead to its deterioration.
