This paper deals with the analysis of the results obtained through research into factors that motivate the employees of PPT-Servoupravljaci in restructuring. The research was conducted with the circum to find out what employees think about various aspects of work, and at the moment when they are facing privatization. A questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose was used and the employees have expressed sympathy for the topic and the researchers themselves. The results showed that employees are the most satisfied with cooperation co-operation with their superiors. The research will be repeated in the case of privatization within a year and comparison of these results will certainly contribute to the interpretation of national working culture.
